- International shipments are subject to duty, customs and tax charges. Additional charges are distinguished when your parcel crosses the border and are the responsibility of the customer. If the value of your order is under $800 CAD, it will exempt of duty charges.
- If your package is returned to us because the wrong shipping address was provided, it was refused or import/duty fees were left un-paid, you will be refunded for the item minus the original shipping fee charged by the courier on the order and any and all return shipping fees.

- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us here with photos of the damaged item and the package which your item arrived in immediately. If topketoproduct.com agrees the item was damaged in transit, a replacement item will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost.
